XLNT Antique Vintage Primitive Hudson Barn Farm Hay Trolley Carrier Pulleys Lot

This is an excellent original antique cast iron Hudson hay trolley lot including original drop pulley and other larger barn pulley marked Hudson. They all have the original red paint but are farm fresh with some typical barn residue including dirt and pigeon droppings. This trolley was made in Chicago, IL (most of the ones I've seen were made in Minneapolis). All three pieces look very good, all wheels turn, the trolley pivots in the middle, and there are no cracks or repairs in the cast iron.

The large pulley has a wooden wheel that has some minor surface cracks and a chips missing from the edge of the wheel. That pulley also has a couple steel rope guards on the sides that were welded on probably around the time that it was new (not original to the pulley, but make it more similar in style to the drop pulley). The pieces look fantastic together and could be used as-is for a decorative or repurposing project or could be restored. The hay trolley measures 22 1/2" L (side to side) x about 7" W (front to back) x 16 H. The drop pulley measures about 10" H x 7" in diameter and the large pulley measures about 14" H x 9" in diameter.
