Made and Patented by Royal this item measures approximately 10.25 from top to bottom. The upper portion rotates on a swivel that is approximately 6 in diameter, is approximately 11 side to side from the widest point of the wheels, 4.25 top to bottom and is approximately 4.5 front to back. The lower portion is approximately 13 from side to side at the widest point of the wheels, 4.75 from top to bottom and is approximately 4.5 front to back. This item is mostly red however, the paint is worn through in some areas due to age, use, and wear. It is cast iron and there is some minor surface rust. There are multiple embossed marks on both pieces including: Royal, Patented, March 3, 96, Feb 28 1899 266 and 301 others that are not quite as easily read but, this author attempted to capture in the listing images.
