This is a wonderful hardwood, cast and sheet metal rope maker made by E. The patent was applied for on. 29, 1907 and granted on Dec. The name and branding is printed on it and still visible.

The metal brackets would be placed over a wooden fence rail and you could twist to your hearts content. A great piece for your collection.
