Vintage Cast Iron J. E. Porter Hay Trolley And Pulley Ottawa ILL. Please Read

Left one of the original pics for comparison. I didn't repaint the lock clip end that on the small pulley. Its made out of brass or bronze?

So didn't want to paint over it. I've seen a lot of neat repurposed ideas with these like chandeliers, etc. This, unlike most I've seen, comes with the bottom pulley. I'll try to do what I can to keep cost down on my end.
