Here is a Neat Vintage Hay Trolley that I believe is PORTER brand dated PAT JAN 5 1886. It could use a good cleaning, but I do not see anything broken on the trolley itself.

The pulley looks to have a hook or something broken of its end. It can be picked up in Spring field Missouri.
