METAL SURFACE TARNISH, RUST AND PITTING SOME CRIMPED EDGES OF THE PLATES SURROUNDING THE WHEEL. HEAVY METAL AMERICAN CRAFTSMANSHIP BUILT TO LAST, AWESOME FOR INDUSTRIAL ART DECO!
