THIS LISTING IS FOR THE PAIR. I have several sizes or Hemp Barn Rope , Please let me know if your needing any? These pulleys were used for many jobs on the farm. When stocking the barn with hay, when using a hay trolley, there would be a series of pulleys that fed the rope thru the barn, to the horses doing the work. The pulley would be used in many applications on the farm, in the field, woods, hanging game and anywhere else where the pulley system could be employed to make life easier.

Today these pulleys are sought after for decorative use. Re-purposing old pulleys into a more modern setting is a great way to bring a bit of the past inside to appreciate the value and beauty of a century old workmanship. There is a reason these pulleys are still around, they were built to work, to last, and have.
