It measures about 20" L (side to side) x 9" W (front to back in the center) x 24" H including the drop pulley or 15" H without the drop pulley. The drop pulley measures 7" across (side to side) x 12 1/2" from top to bottom x 2 1/4 thick. The head swivel 360 Degrees on the track rollers.

It's Takes 1 Manila Hemp Rope. All of the 4 X 3 wheels on the track move freely.

The 2 X 7 Pulley wheels move freely too. The latch on the drop down pulley works too. Nothing broken bent or crack. The rope in the picture ix 3/4.
