This is an original unused heavy duty large rope wheel/pulley with 95% of it's original black, red and white paint still intact. Because these are normally used outdoors most are severely rusted. This one was stored indoors since new in 1948. It measures 16" tall x 13.75" wide.

The wheel itself measures 12 in diameter. It was made to be used with a 1 thick rope. Works perfect and makes a great rustic, primitive, country or industrial decoration.

I'm guessing that the manufacturers name was the Ken. Based in Missouri and Kensington Conn.
