Up for your consideration is an antique/vintage 5 spoke iron well pulley. Fair Condition with generalized wear and light scattered rust.

The pulley is not frozen and moves freely. Please see photos for condition and ask any questions. Size -17.5"H x 15.25"L x 3.5W The wheel in the pulley is 13.
