This pully is 15" overall with an 11" wheel. The design shows curved spokes and a curved casing; great for a wall display.

The pully is intact with several "make do" weld repairs and one spoke has a tight crack. There is paint loss and some moderate surface rust. Please look at the photographs as they are considered part of the description. I guarantee it to be old and as described.
