Very Nice hay trolley great architectural or lighting use great to hang a chandelier or large light fixture from. It is in the original condition could use some lubrication on the wheels they are stiff some locked up. The Trolley measures 16 inches in length and 13 inches in height that does not include the additional loose pulley. I could not find a maker just several numbers stamped on the trolley as you see in the photos. It has great aged rust ready to clear coat and use or paint to match your decor.
