Original late 1800s - early 1900s cast iron fixed pulley. Attach to a floor, wall or ceiling. The 8 wheel spins freely. This one is barn-fresh and will need a good cleaning but is in great condition. Measures about 8-1/2" wide x 8-3/4" tall.
