Antique Strickler's Complete Cast Iron Hay Trolley Carrier Unloader, Drop Pulley

This is an original antique (late 19th century) Strickler's hay trolley complete with drop pulley, chain, and hooks. It is covered in surface rust but nothing appears to be cracked, broken, or missing. Two of the bolts have been replaced (they are new and shiny silver) and are not the perfect fit but are currently holding the piece with the bottom wheels snugly around the top half. Ideally, the bolts should be a bit longer as the nuts are barely threaded on and the piece is so tight it doesn't easily swivel. All wheels turn, but the drop pulley clamp feels stuck. It moves a little but not enough to release the drop pulley without some work. Everything else is solid and functional. The hay trolley measures 16 1/4" across the top x 12" H (not including the drop pulley and chain) and 6 in diameter at the center. Including the drop pulley but not the chain, the total height is 28. There is 2 3/4 of space between the ridges on the wheels at the top, enough for a steel rail but not a wood beam.
