Metal stamped with MYERS O. UNLOADER", "STEEL BEARING" and "ASHLAND OHIO. The 4 wheels move, it rotates in the center and one of pulleys moves, the other one doesn't. Measures approximately 23" x 6-1/2" x 14-3/4 and weighs approximately 28 lbs.
