This unit has been totally restored from top to bottom. This trolley has been completely Disassembled, Wire Wheeled from top to bottom, Sealed by Soaking in oil for days, then Wiped down and Reassembled. There are no cracks, welds or breaks on this Beauty! All Wheels, Sheaves, Center Swivel, Locking Mechanism, & Center Drop Pulley are in perfect condition!!!
