Antique FANCY BARN ROPE PULLEY marked H-50Farm Tool

For your consideration is an Antique Fancy Frame Barn Pulley. Measures about 12 inches long including the clevis. & about 5 inches across. Clevis turns, but does not swivel (not sure it is supposed to swivel and did not force it). Wheel measures 4 inches across.

Will need a 1 inch rope. Does have a chip in the wheel edge, see picture. Lightly cleaned with rust inhibitor applied.
