I say that because they produced trolley with different names. When I researched the Pat. I could not narrow it down. When I looked at other trolleys made by Milwaukee it appears to be very similar. The wheels turn and the pulley does come out.No cracks or flaws that I can see. Note: the clip pin on the right wheel was replaced at some time. I cleaned this one up a bit. It had a lot of grease on it, and it appears to have been painted in the past. The original color appears to be black.
