Skookum Snatch Block Pulley

This is a Skookum pulley that has been sitting around my shop for years and this is the first time I have done anything with it so i know it hasn't had much use It has A6 & CS on the pulley and 6H on t he side It has a nice swivel hook that is easily removable on the side it has SWL 3T what ever that means Looking at the condition of some of the other pulleys for sale this one is in way better shape.
