With Drop Pulley in original factory paint. We found this this hay trolley in a little town in Connecticut. It is in amazing condition - obviously never used.

There are no breaks, repairs, or any other problems. The swivel mechanism, pulley wheels, drop pulley release latches, and track rollers all operate freely and smoothly.
