Antique Cast Iron Drop Down Barn Pulley and it's embossed C. In nice shape with no cracks, welds or repairs. The swivel and sheave turn freely with no problems. A couple spots of wear on the swivel and clasp plus on the guard which is shown in the last two pictures.

Measures around 11 1/2 inches tall. I did not try cleaning the pulley and left it in it's natural state.
