Has cast patent dates on it: Dec. This is a fairly large, Very Heavy trolley.

Items are As Is, As Shown. Swivels fine, spring-loaded piece in the center moves, and the two larger pulley wheels on the bottom piece do turn. Only one of the 4 rail wheel rocker arms on the top moves- the other 3 arms are frozen. Seven of the 8 rail wheels on the arms move- 1 wheel is frozen.
