BEAUTIFUL! Antique Hay Trolley Carrier Unloader Barn Rustic Decor PATD AUG 5 84

Metal stamped with "MILWAUKEE", PAT AUG 5. The 4 wheels move and it rotates in the center, one of the pulleys does not move (looks bent-see picture 8). One leg looks slightly bent (see pictures 5-6). Measures approximately 16-1/4" x 6-1/8" x 15 and weighs approximately 25 lbs. PLEASE ask questions if there are important aspects to this carrier that I have not specifically mentioned.
