Antique Vintage Cast Iron Louden Hay Trolley Pat. 1899 Old Farm Pulley Tool

Up for sale is a spectacular early cast iron Louden Junior steel track hay trolley in excellent condition. It was manufactured by the Louden Machinery.

And has a patent date of 1899. All the sheaves turn freely as well as all the trolleys wheels. Some of the trolley wheels have a few nicks on the inside only. There are no breaks or repairs.

It has been completely disassembled then meticulously cleaned and given an oil waxed finish to each separate piece then reassembled and finally buffed to a satin sheen with a clean dry cloth. Much of the original patina was preserved during the cleaning process as well as faint hints of the original red paint. This trolley is loaded with character and best of all it looks age appropriate. It is 17" long x 15 1/2" tall x 7 3/4 wide. This beautifully restored hay trolley will display beautifully in your home, shop.
