It comes with the drop pulley and everything functions as it should. The top and bottom rotate, the locking mechanism for the drop pulley works perfectly, all the trolley wheels turn freely as well as all the sheaves for the drop pulley and trolley. This trolley is as straight as they come and there is nothing chipped, cracked, broken or repaired. It has only been power washed to remove any grease or dirt. Much of the original red paint is still showing. It is 22" long x 21 1/2" tall (with the drop pulley in place) x 8 1/2 wide. This beautiful Jameway hay trolley will display nicely in your home or place of business.
