So if you want to get it to operate you got to WD-40 the hell out of it or something like that. It's 21 in long across the wheels and 18 in high, the big wheel is 7 in diameter and the small wheels are 3 and 3/4 in diameter... There's no damage to any part of these wheels or the rest of it.
