Antique Vintage Amish Cast Iron Clothesline Well Pulleys, Large Authentic Pair

Here is a pair of authentic early clothesline pulleys straight out of AMISH country in LANCASTER county Pa. These were in a 74 year old gentleman who said these belonged to his grandmother and she used them quite often. These were fastened quite some distance apart with the clothesline manually pulled to attach or remove the clothes. These are rather large pieces and still move as they should.

Moderate pitting thruout and I noticed one spot has a hairline crack, but overall these are in excellent shape and are the REAL MCCOYS. A fellow emailed me and said these were also used at the top of wells to pull up water buckets or the like. Do not know if this is correct or not, but simply adding the info. NICE addition to your collection or can be even put back into service.
