The pulley measures about 11 1/2 from the top of the hook to the bottom of the tip. The wheel is about 4 in diameter. It is almost 1 1/4 thick. The wheel or the center piece is not marked. Overall it is in good condition. There is minor rust and dirt on the cast iron. This is an old piece so it is not perfect. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.
