Antique Ney Mfg. Co. Climax Barn / Hay Trolley

Nice old Climax barn trolley that has been sand blasted and clear coat sealed, ready for display. One wheel doesn't turn and the fellow who blasted it failed to turn the wheels and a couple of them still have rust colored spots that were behind the legs but can still be hidden behind the legs.
