This item is USED and has scratches, dings, and dents (Refer to Photos). There are NO broken parts, The bottom pulley and hook Bail Hook & Pulley are missing (Refer to Photos). The Track Wheels are in working condition along with the Bottom Lift Pulleys also in working condition.
