Antique Ford Chain & Block Hoist 1 1/2 Ton 1909 Farm Industrial Crane Lift Truck

This hoist was made by the FORD CHAIN & BLOCK MFG CO Philadelphia Pa. It is patented Mar 29 1909. It seems to be rather sophisticated in design.

I do not know much about these things. It seems to work ok.

The chains move freely through the pulleys. I do not however guarantee function and safety in use of this device.
