2 BRASS TAGS, Beautiful Vintage Myers CLOVERLEAF Hay Trolley Carrier Pulley

This is a complete, vintage Cloverleaf hay trolley that was manufactured and patented in 1903 by the Myers Manufacturing company in Ashland, Ohio, and removed from an old hay barn in Illinois. It has 2 absolutely stunning brass tags in excellent condition (one on each side). One says "The Herschel", the other says Herschell Mfg Co. I have NEVER seen one of these trolleys with 2 brass tags, as they usually only have one (if at all) and they are rarely in as good of condition.

This is truly a unique and amazing piece of history, and if you are a collector of brass tag trolleys this is a must have! Many meticulous hours have been spent cleaning and restoring this early piece of farming history by removing all loose rust and dirt. An oil coating has been applied to the surface to bring out its natural chocolate brown patina. All parts, wheels, sheaves, and components work perfectly as this trolley could literally be put back into service! This trolley measures 16" long, 6" deep, and 16 tall with the drop pulley installed and locked, and weighs around 25 pounds.
